Gauge Cluster Lights out

Hello everyone,

I was driving last night and the lights that illuminate Temp and Fuel Gauge are no longer working. Also, the upper RPMs are no longer lit as well.
How can I change these bulbs?
Is there something I can do to make the gauge illuminate brighter? The bulbs that do work are quite dim still.

I was considering doing the LED mod, but after reading the horror stories I have decided not to.
Anyone know of any options? or at the least how to change the bulbs??
