Debating on buying a 06 TL 6 speed with 130k

Hey acura fam im new to this,so sorry if i leave things out..

So im trying to purchase a 2006
Acura tl 6 speed for 10,885

The car looks to be in perfect condition & with a clean carfax.

Any sujections?? Help??? Thanks
