SMS not showing Name.

HI,

Recently upgraded from an RDX to an MDX.

In our RDX if we received a text from our linked iPhone it would show in the display which the users name.

In our MDX, which granted we've only had a few days. The text comes up, but with out the users information. Is there something I have to do or enable to see the name?
