grinding noise on start after 105k service

I just took my 2008 TL-S in for the 105k service (they also replaced the water pump). Now when i start the car I have a grinding noise that occurs. Can anyone ID this sound? I'm going to take it back to the dealer, but i'd like to be prepared when they tell me that they "didnt cause the noise". It sounds like it is coming from the area near the washer fluid tank.
