Rear Sunshade

I have a problem with the rear sunshade, looked around, didn't find much.
when it moves down I see that the screen is not being pulled like it used to be before and sometimes part of the screen stay stuck above causing it next time I'm opening it to get stuck in an angle.
How do I take it apart?
Anyone seen this problem?
