Are these cars disappearing quickly?

Just curious for those of you who have visited dealerships multiple times or "in the know". I ask because I've gone to at least one dealership 3 times maybe and the cars that were there the previous time were nowhere to be found the next time. This could just be because these were pre-orders - who knows. I saw a couple of 4-cylinders on the lot today for the first time and one was apparently already sold while the other already had license plate brackets on it - not sure if it was sold already or not.


I've had salespeople tell me I have to jump on the cars as I soon as I see them, but I don't know if that's just salesmanship talking, reality, or both. lol.
