Ok, so the TL I got in December is now around 60k and due for the first oil change, so going to do the 3rd and 4th tranny pressure switches.
Well, that now seems like the easy part, looking into the transmission fluid change to do along with, but now a whole other can of worms. Looking back in some service records, the tranny fluid was last changed July 2011 with notes saying OEM-Z1, baah! So now I'm thinking:
1) oem atf dw-1
2) 3x3 but this now won't get all the Z1 out for sure, will this following video work on the 3G TL? Just get all the Z1 out in 1 shot, is there a easy supply hose to the cooling radiator from the transmission (3:00 min mark on video)?
Am I on the right track? Should be a fun DYI to do with the bf once I figure out the plan of attack. Thanks everyone!
