Car won't start, believe the coils trippin

Alright. My car won't start.
The Acura cl designer decided to put the
Fuel filter in a ridiculous spot that to get off
I have to take the throttle body and intake
Manifold off just to get to. I took the throttle body off and
Ended up cleaning it. Well after putting everything together.
The car wouldnt start. I heard clicking from the
In the distributor when te key is on the run position. I took the
Distributor off and the coil was sparking. Is that normal???
The fuel line sprays nicely and the air is got great flow.
Is the coil sparking in the run normal? And what should I check now.
