hoods the same 1st vs 2nd gen?

I have a 2003 CL-S. Does anyone know if the hoods from the 1st and 2nd gen CL's are the same? Also, are they the same as the TL hoods?
I'm trying to find a used already painted hood that will fit my car. Wondering what donor models will have hoods that match.
