98 cl 3.0 rear fender liner??

Does our cars come with rear fender liners/splash shield??

i have a leak in the trunk and i think it might be comming from not having anything under there.. or could it be a different location?

also do we have to get honda specific bumper plastic pins? or does the autozone or anything cheaper work?
