acura cl 1998 3.0 runs sluggish

Hello guys i have a acura cl 1998 3.0 runs sluggish sometimes under 2500 rpm since 3 weeks ago whit out check engine light, today when drive back home the check engine goes ON, i have the dashcomand app and i scand it and i have 2 codes P0171 system too lean Bank 1 and P0170 Fuel trim Bank 1...

how i can fix problem ....
