Hi i was driving my 1997 Acura CL 3.0 when my CEL came on....i went home not really knowing the issue since it turns on perfect and runs fine....I bought an OBD2 scanner and got the code P0401 and found out it has to do with the EGR valve and that it possibly need cleaning of the port or a replacement....
But would this problem cause my car not to stay on unless i give(and hold) it gas....but as soon i remove my feet from the pedal the car shakes and turns off.....
What do you guys think the problem is? thanks!
