3 GEN TL 6 Speed replacement for CLS -6?

Has anyone ever swapped in a 3 GEN TL 6 Speed tranny into a CLS-6? Does it bolt right up, plug and play? I tried searching, did not find anything. Its' a bit hard getting into 2nd gear when cold, maybe I am just being paranoid. Just want to see if its a direct replacement.
