My transmission was rebuilt 4 months ago, it seems to act up here n there. Friday and yesterday it started acting up in D4. If I am stopped and give it a liitle gas to go and just hold it there it shifts into 2nd then 3rd but before shifting into 4th the rpms shoot up to 5500 then back down and into gear, then while driving it occasionally revs up a little before shifting also. Torque converter was replaced when it was rebuilt. I was driving sat eve and all of a sudden my D4 light started flashing non stop. I turned around and drove the 12 miles back home and parked it. CEL was previously on due to EGR Issue. I jumped the plug under the glove box and counted the light flashes as follows: D4light Code 15, CEL, 12 and 7. Spent the night researching on here and the web and didnt find much. Went out this afternoon and started it, no flashing D4, Drove up the street to Advance and had them scan it and they got as follows: P1491 (The EGR issue), P0700 Trans Control System, P0715 Turbine Input shaft speed sensor. There have also been a few other random occurnces such as twice i went to pull out into traffic and it wouldnt shift to go and i almost got hit and twice trying to pass on the highway at wide open throttle the car seemed like it was stuck in a lower gear and reved way up, Any ideas? Trans has a warranty but its a hassle to get to the shop and I have nothing else to drive....
