Throttle pedal still hard to press

I cleaned out the TB with brake clean and wiped those black thin layer carbon build up but there really wasn't much gunk inside. I have also lubed the spring and cables but my pedal is still hard to press - harder than when car is not running. Not sure if this is normal. Where else could I clean/lube?
