Radio/display swap 06' to 07'

Hello,
Are the 06' radio/ displays interchangeable with the 07' -08'? Standard, non navi.
I have an 06 3G TL that I love but if I could change one thing it might be to the black glass on the 07'-08' radios.
Can these be swapped?
