HFL Phonebook Scrolling with Voice Problem

Hello all! After much perusing here, this is my first post.

15 RDX AWD with tech. I know I can't scroll through the phonebook with the controller wheel while driving, however, I can scroll a little with voice commands.
Voice -> Phonebook -> Down --> Down --> Down --> etc...

Problem: it only scrolls two pages down and then gives me the triple-beep. Unable to scroll any further down. I can say the Letter Range tab names (like F-J or O-T, etc...), and those ranges show up, but I can't scroll through those at all, only the two pages down/up in the A-E tab.

When car is not moving, I can scroll all the way down and up with voice commands.

I have about 200 entries in my phonebook, well below the 1000 limit the car can handle.

Anyone else have this problem or is something wrong with my setup?
