Newbie Question about IDS

Just leased a 2016 MDX AWD/Tech last week. So far, I'm loving it.

Searched the forum, but didn't see any threads on this specific topic.

My question is with regards to the IDS settings. I like the feel of the "Sport" setting, but would any of you be able to tell me how much I will sacrifice in MPG versus "Normal" or "Comfort"????

I would switch to "comfort" on highway drives, but most of my driving is in/around Atlanta.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
