Michelin Pilot Mxm4 - all seasons- no grip on snow

I got the car with a Michelin pilot mxm4 all seasons.
I did not feel safe driving in snow. I felt that I was slipping and sliding .
I could not even climb up a ramp to the restaurant.
Any feedback about this tire or I just have a bad one?
