Good Day .... about a year ago, my transmission on my 2002 Acura TL - Type S died. I read the info about installing a honda transmission (v6 - 06/07). I purchased a used 07 -v6 accord transmission. Gave the mechanic the step by step instructions that I pulled off this site. The mechanic told me the instructions worked great. Got my car back and ran better than ever. I planned on driving my TL for a long time. Well about a month ago, a car ran a red light and I ran into them. The other driver's insurance company totalled my car and gave me a ridiculous low payment. The good news, I found another 2002 Acura TL in mint condition (garage kept) ... I mean this car looks brand new despite having 125K miles. Runs great. Got it for $4,300. Does anyone have the link with the instructions on what needs to be swapped out between the two trannys. I don't need to replace my tranny at this time, but I would like to archive the instructions for future reference (just in case). Thanks in advance.
PS> tone thread contained simple instructions ...and another thread had illustations of the two transmissions with the parts that had to be swapped.
