'02 TL-P with 70k and a blown tranny. What's it worth?

Hi guys,
Like the title says I have a very clean '02 TLP with a blown tranny and I wanna either get a new tranny done for 4k or sell it and put the Price of car+4k on something else. Anyone know how much they go for in such sorry status?
