Another execution by cops

I'm surprise this hasn't been posted yet. Comparisons to Ferguson are easily made, however, I think this is easily more heinous since it was capture on video for all to see. The guy was backpedaling…even running away and when he turned around…he was raising his hands up. But those cops still felt their lives were in danger and unloaded 13 shots at him from less than 10 feet away.

Black lives matter…but brown lives don't? Where's the national headlines and outrage?
