CLS6 On FF1 Problem

I recently lowered my CLS6 on Function Form type 1's and I have a bit of an issue. The car is lowered ~2" in front and rear, and since lowering I have a shimmy on acceleration. Between about 25mph and 40mph the whole car shakes a bit, steering wheel included. Happens on hard or just slight acceleration, and never when I'm off the throttle.

Anyone had this before, or have any ideas of what it might be, before I take it into a shop?
