Refurbished Amps?

I'm browsing for amps for my JL 12w6v2 sub and am planning on installing front speakers but am uncertain if I will do a rear swap within the near future. So i wanted to get a 5 channel amp and as you all may know, theyre not cheap. I was looking into the JL XD700/5 and came across a refurbished one for almost half the price through creative car audio. Refurbished JL Audio XD700/5-B Amplifier| Creative Car Audio

It comes with a 90 day warranty but was wondering if any of you guys had any success with these (refurbished amps)? I'm not looking to drop 600+ on an amp right now.

I'm also open to any suggestions...
