I tend to not do a whole lot to my cars but every car I've owned has been lowered. I recently picked up a 2010 sh-awd with a manual and so far am really liking the car and as per usual, I am looking to close the fender gap a bit.
A few general things... I love the way the car rides from the factory, and with the terrible roads in Dallas I want to retain as much of that as possible, and going too low would be a big mistake. With this, a harsh suspension would be difficult to live with every day. I also think the wheels could have a more aggressive offset and going too low makes this look worse. If there was a solid spacer option I would do it, but not sold on anything I've seen discussed here.
The car won't be tracked or auto crossed and I'm sort of a set it and forget it kind of guy. I would go the coilovers route if necessary and may need to considering how bad the roads are around here, seriously awful.
Thanks,
Justin.
