I have a regularly maintained '03 TL with 130k miles throwing a check engine light I can't get rid of. I've had it diagnosed by a few shops and we're all inconclusive. The code says 5 out of the six cylinders are misfiring, but no one can find out why. They've eliminated the possibility that it's in the spark plugs, spark plug wires, or bad gas. Some have said its probably the "computer" and I don't even know what that means. The engine runs kind of rough, sputtering when I start it up, slow to accelerate, and shudders when cruising in 5th gear at 45-55mph. Help please.
