Hey everyone. I need your expertise in identifying the engine noises in the below two sound clips. I have a 2009 Acura TL SH-AWD with approximately 75,000 miles. I live in North Carolina and the low temperatures are in the 30's and highs of 50's right now. Click each of the links below to hear the sound clip.
First one, this is the rattle noise I heard this morning when I first cranked up the car and let it idled. The raspy, rattle noise lasted for about a minute. I started the car later in the day and never heard the noise again. it sounds as if it's a bad bearing or something near the pulleys.

Second one, this rattle noise occurs when I back up on my inclined driveway trying to get up past the curb..
