semi-new CL owner needs help determining CLP vs CLS

I have had my 2001 CL for about 1 year now. The previous owner had done some mods/work to the vehicle.

I know there are 2 "different" motors and other differences between the CLP and CLS. I want to know which one I have for parts/service.

I have 2 VIN #s listed on the vehicle:
Standard Dash - 19UYA42401A006923
On Rear of Driver Door near locking mechanism - 19UYA42601A005908

I have been reading up on the differences between the models.

I have the Type-S badge on the rear.
I have the Type-S shift knob (automatic)
The plastic engine cover says "ULEV" which I assume makes it a CA ultra low emissions model, and to my understanding the CLS was not available for CA models.
My leather seats are heated but are NOT perforated.
The 17" rims on the vehicle have an Acura sticker on the center caps but I have never seen them on any other CL or any Acura either.
