2008 MDX Noise

We bought a used 2008 MDX. It has about 75k on it. We notice that when we are driving around 20-30 mph and let off the accelerator and gas it again the car makes a funny noise like it is flooding out. anyone else have that issue and thoughts on the problem. we have no other issues with the car.
