Thinking about selling my 2008 NBP TL Type-S (Navi), 80k miles, just gauging interest

I have have 2008 NBP (Nighthawk Black Pearl) Type-S, sitting at about 80.3k miles.

It came with rubber winter mats, rubber trunk liner, navigation, auto-dimming rear-view mirror, sun/moon-roof, and the coveted ebony/black leather interior and beautiful stock waffle rims.

I bought it in June of 2011. It's a Wisconsin car, originally from Illinois. I believe I am the second owner.

Since then, I've gone a bit overboard:
  • 2013 Map Update
  • A-SPEC (Front lip, rear lip, side skirts) (No license plate on front - holes plugged)
  • A-SPEC Gunmetal Rims (yes, the 8.5" wide ones) (New winter tires on the stock waffle rims) (Hankook Ventus V12 Evos on A-SPECs, about 4/32" tread left, some tire noise starting)
  • USA Spec iPod® Interface
  • Clutch Slave Cylinder Check Valve Delete (@~43,000 miles)
  • AEM CAI 2 + Throttle body spacer and gaskets
  • EXCELERATE Motor Mounts – 62 Durometer Front & Side, 75 Rear (New at 79,852 miles) (Old vacuum lines disconnected)
  • CorSport Shifter Cable and Shifter Bushings
  • H&R Sport Springs - 1.7" lower in back, 1.5" in front
  • KONI Yellow Adjustable Sport Series Shocks (<10,000 miles old)
  • Ingalls Alignment Kit (Rear) (Adjustable Lower Control Arms)
  • PCI Fastline Performance Compliance Bearings (Front)
  • RV6 V3 Long Tube J-Pipe
  • RV6 High-flow Pre-cats
  • ATLP Quad V2 Cat-Back Exhaust + 26" Resonator
  • Transmission JUST Rebuilt at 79,852 miles (19 bearings, 1 bolt, pick-up assembly, intermediate shaft assembly, oil seals)
  • Stop Tech Slotted Rotors and Pads

Whew. Let's see, what else. I've replaced:
  • EGR Valve
  • Spark Plugs
  • Cabin Filter
  • Idler pulley
  • One of the Brembo caliper units (stripped the dang threads)
  • Upper transmission mount
  • Exhaust hangers (ATLP install)

I have, but have not installed:
  • PCI Fastline Performance Trailing Arm Bearings
  • Intake Manifold Gasket
  • Engine torque damper (removed, bushings are shot)

And I have some other stuff laying around:
  • Hanes Manual
  • HDS (Honda Data Tool) (no software, sorry. Ebay?)
  • Stock Type-S exhaust
  • Old shocks and springs
  • Old motor mounts
  • Old j-pipe (Flex part is shot, but I have it)
  • Old pre-cats
  • Air box components (some destroyed on the way out -- stupid rivets)
  • Old side skirts
  • Old spark plugs
  • A few oil drain plug washers
  • Plastic engine compartment covers

I'm looking into selling at three levels (different prices):
  • As-is, with A-SPEC rims and ATLP exhaust
  • As-is, with A-SPEC rims
  • As-is

So, is there any interest? Do you have any questions? There's some stuff left for me to do to have it be sellable (interior/exterior cleaning, etc.), so at this point I want to see if it's worth all the trouble.

I still love the car, but it's time to move onto something more affordable (we're looking at houses, etc.). Before I go and list this all over the Internet, I thought I'd get this community's feedback.

Oh, and user i_love_cars can vouch for all of this. He's helped me do most of the installation work.
