Good purchase? 08 TSX 6MT what to look for?

Coming from many 7th gen accords including two of my own and 3 others in the family i've always wanted to own a TSX 6MT. I drove past a gas station in my neighborhood and they were selling a relatively good condition 08 6MT 180k miles w/ nav for $4k. Paint was pretty mint, only cosmetic damage was the side running board by the driver door and the lower driver door has a dent. The owner of the gas station and mechanic told me that the clutch is going bad but it should be good for a while. One of his customers sold it to him after not wanting to put any more money into it. The mechanic said he replaced the wheel bearings and did an oil change. Tires are continental extreme contact dws. tires had alot of rubber and battery looked new

I've never owned a MT car so i figured this would be a good car for me to learn to drive manual on, and if i burn out the clutch while learning its going bad anyways and I can get it repaired. It will also be my second car, my main car is my lexus IS350. Some cosmetic things in addition to the door dent are - glove box won't open, and cup holder cover latch is stuck. Minor scratches on the leather but really in not bad shape considering the age. tempted to buy a carfax report to see what has been reported.

Is there anything else i should look out for when purchasing a car at this car? I know the 7th gen accord 4cyl's could burn oil and can also leak from the vtec solenoid. I'll probably ask to take it to my mechanic after an initial test drive.
