Just bought a TSX and need to get started fixing it up

Hey, new here

I got a 2011 Acura TSX Base with around 66k miles on it. When I bought it, it had a few things wrong with it so I was able to negotiate a decent deal. Now that I'm getting around to fixing it, I was wondering if anyone has seen these issues before or has any tips to go about fixing them.

1. Overhead rattle. I think it's coming from the trim piece surrounding the Homelink buttons
2. Rear driver side power lock doesn't work. I think it's just an actuator but not sure how hard it is to replace it.
3. Driver side windshield trim piece seems to be lifting up. I can pop it back in but it lifts up when I drive at highway speeds. Might just glue it down.
4. This is one, I'm more concerned about. Driver side front window makes an audible "thud" sound when rolled all the way down. Isn't stuck or anything and rolls up at the same rate as the other windows. Just makes the noise when it hits the bottom of its travel. I don't want my window getting damaged or worse, getting stuck open, I might just take it to the mechanic for this one unless it's an easy fix.

So yeah, that's what i'm dealing with. From what i've read, most of these are common issues with Acuras/Hondas but that window one is something I'm definitely concerned about. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
