Does anyone happen to know if the trim piece for the rear "quarter glass" (on rear door) is replaceable without removal? Mine has broken and is no longer fully fastened. I found the replacement piece online, but it's still unclear if its self service or an auto glass shop will be needed. I believe it's this part # Part # 73491-TZ3-A01 and an idea of what I'm talking about is outlined in the image below:
