2011 TL compass zone

I’m trying to change my compass zone and when following all the steps in the manual on the step to change the zone mine is stuck on zone 8. I need to change it to 4 but nothing happens when moving the dial.

Any my help with this is much appreciated.

Also have the flickering CAL all the time. Hoping it will recalibrate once the zone is changed.
