So as the title states my neighbor parked far to close to my TL and managed to clip the side of my Passenger mirror causing paint transfer on her truck and damage to my mirror. Had to call the cops and get a police report and she finally decided to come outside to see the damage. I havent gone thru insurance but she has agreed to pay out of pocket and I gave her a $294 quote from a bodyshop. You think Im being to extreme for minor damage? How would you all go about this?
