“Heads”-Up Display?

Why do people say, or reviewers write, Heads-Up Display (HUD) instead of Head-Up Display? I don’t know too many drivers with more than one head (get your mind out of the gutter) and you only ever hear “heads up” at the golf course or baseball game. :chuckle:

I’ll save you a trip to the owner’s manual—it says Head-Up Display. :keke:
