2019 TLX sound is doo doo

Hey all, first time here. First time Acura owner, 2019 TLX. Anyone else HATE the radio? Volume is just so damn low, I haven’t taken it off max volume in the two weeks I’ve had the car. Anyone know if there’s an override the dealer can do to increase audio volume!?
any info is appreciated.
