Need Aux help !

I have the Acura MDX 2007 RES with navigation and one of my aux connecters snapped inside the jack and I know it’s replaceable but I was wondering if there’s any way I could get some sort of adapter and replace My CD rom with an Aux or if I could get an actual aux installed somewhere instead of having to use the two stereo components.
