2005 tl aspec back to stock suspension?

First post here , can I do that? replace the 18 aspec wheels for stock wheels 17 and tires on my 2005 TL Aspec??

will speedo , vsa . etc be ok?? or what other things might happen , also how about going back to stock suspension , is it possible??
