Park lockout?

Ok I searched both the manual and this forum but can't find an answer to this. With the V6 and the electronic gear shift, is park locked out when you're moving? With reverse being a "pull up", park is just a downward press and I'm concerned that it's too easy to hit inadvertently while the car is in motion. Anyone know the answer?
