Winter tires in the GTA/KW area??

Where can I purchase a set of decent name brand winter tires in the GTA or KW area without breaking the bank for my 2012 TL SH-AWD?

I'm kinda eyeing the Michelin Xi-3 and the best price I have gotten so far is from CEO Tire in Scarborough for $1110 tax in + $70 rebate.

Any other brand and shop recommendations?
