Navigation Options?

So when i purchased my 04 TSX the navigation system and screen completely didn't work. I had it repaired and it worked for about 11 months till just last week. I don't know if it is even worth repairing anymore but it is really annoying that i have this big navigation screen that is basically worthless. This time, only the navigation doesn't work and i can still access the trip computer and AC controls.

My question is what other options are there for using the navigation screen? I have read about backup camera's and DVD TV option.

Any other suggestions?
