transmission mount tips...

I didn't find much on this topic so I thought I'd ask and get some pointers before I tackle this today. I have an 04 auto.

So anyone have any tips on replacing the 3 mounts?

For example,
1) Which mount should I start with (Upper, lower front, lower rear?)
2) Should I take all of them off and jack up the tranny to support?
3) Use a 2x4 on the jack? etc...

If all goes well I might make a DIY for this repair since I cannot find one on here...
