3rd Gen 2005 Acura Tl Alarm keeps going off when car is on & stays in park

Hi, I have a 2005 Acura Tl. The other day my brother locked my keys in the car & so we began the process of getting them out.

First, we tried using a slim jim to open the door. (didnt work)

Second, we tried using a wire hanger to go through the door & weather strip to hit the unlock button & tried to pull the door handle. (Again, didn't work)

Third, I tried using the wire hanger to hook on to my lanard I had my keys on & eventually got it hooked & pulled my keys out.

But once I put my key in the door to unlock it, the alarm went off. I started the car & realized i couldnt move the gear shift out of Park. I had to use the key slot to put it in Neutral to drive the car. Even when I started the car & drove it, the alarm & lights kept going off. I've pulled the Horn fuse, but still stays in park & lights keep flashing. Idk if anybody else has had the same issue? If anybody knows why this may be or had any ideas I'm open to advices/ideas.
