Upgrade from TL to MDX: Is the Advance worth it?

I have loved my 2007 TL but time has come to get the 'ute.

I am looking for the 2010-2011 models.

Is the Advance package worth the bump over the Tech? :yes::no:

Aside the upgraded leather (a plus...) and the ventilated seats (I'm assuming a plus...), will I use the ACC, CMBS, and BSI? :whyme:

I have heard that the BSI sensors are located in the bumper, not the ususal spot on the mirrors. I've heard this creates a lot of false positives. Will I just leave it turned off? :whyme:

It appears to be $2000-$3000 more for a sub-45k mileage Advance.
