Emissions and Exhaust System Legalities...

Hey AZ, I'm currently running an ATLP Base Catback and an aem v2 intake and was wondering if anyone here in the NW is running a j-pipe? I want to get one but am not sure if I will pass emissions. Also, anyone running a test pipe or race pipe?
