For Sale are 4 used winter tires. They are General Altimax Arctics 215/50/17.
Two of the tires have almost 100% tread left, the other two are more worn at the edges. This is because the front two wore faster, as you can see in the pictures they still have substantial tread from the center out.
215 is a good width because in snow you want a more narrow tire so that you cut through the snow more, and plow it less. This set is geat for someone who has some stock 17's they want to be able to run in the winter. I drove the car last year in DC with these when it snowed two feet. I obviously drove carefully, and never lost traction or confidence.
The last pic shows how they fit on TL 17x8's.
