OK, I am an admitted nature show lover.
As a kid I used to sit in front of the TV watching wildlife specials for hours.
I have NEVER seen such an amazing collection of cinematography as in this special about birds on PBS. It is truly awe inspiring to see the vantage points that were achieved and the detail and perspective in many of the shots. Cameras were mounted to birds who flew in formation with other birds, etc..
I am sure Sarlacc can chime in with respect to how difficult many of these shots would be to get.
I reluctantly am including a video preview. I say reluctantly because this really does not even come close to doing the actual footage justice.
Do yourself a favor and DVR this and enjoy.
