using stock tires on wider wheels?

Hey guys,

I recently picked up a CLS 6. The tires were basically shot, so I picked up some new tires to throw on there. Went to have them mounted, and it turns out all 4 of my wheels are bent :ugh:

I looked on craigslist and found a set of 17 inch ASA jh3 wheels with 5x114.3 spacing for a good price. He didn't specify offset or anything but I'm guessing its the same as these http://g35driver.com/forums/winter-s...sa-wheels.html
Apparently they're from a "newer tl"
However, the wheels have a 7.5 inch width instead of the stock 7. I'm stuck with the tires, will these wheels give me any issues? Or should I be OK to get them? And will I need spacers or anything to run them? The car is bone stock.
