I have never been to Canada before and finally, I am going to visit Vancouver in early Oct for a quick weekend getaway.
I will be staying at the Sutton Place, Vancouver in downtown and i am not planning to rent a car since i heard their public transportation is very good. I want to take the skytrain from airport to downtown and walk to the hotel. Based on my personal experience, i believe walking is the best way to visit a place since you will miss most of the things while driving.
Unless of course, there are some must sees where i must have to have a car, then i have no problem renting a car but I don't wanna pay $30-40CAD a day for parking at the hotel.
Since i had never been to Vancouver and i am not planning to visit again anytime soon after Oct.
what and where are the must dos/goes/eats there?
I am :rice:, so i think i will blend in just fine. :D I will personally compare the type of cars that the rich :rice: girls in Vancouver vs. rich Asian girls in SGV,626, Socal. I don't believe they are all white color (the cars) like dim sum said.
Any recommendations and suggestions will help.
Does T-Mobile work there?
